What to Bring
Here's a list of essentials to bring on a British Virgin Islands (BVI) sailing charter. Many of these items appear in the Charter Chat Marketplace where they, as well as other items can easily be purchased via Amazon links. Remember the saying...bring half the clothes and twice the cash.
Clothing and Personal Items:
1. Swimwear: Several pairs of swimsuits.
2. Light Clothing: T-shirts, shorts, and light dresses.
3. Cover-ups: Sarong, beach cover-ups.
4. Hat and Sunglasses: To protect from the sun.
5. Footwear: Flip-flops, boat shoes, and sandals.
6. Light Jacket or Sweater: Evenings can be cooler on the water.
7. Personal Toiletries: Including sunscreen, after-sun care, and insect repellent.
8. Medications: Seasickness medicine, if needed.
Practical Items:
9. Travel Documents: Passport, identification
10. Waterproof Bag: For carrying essentials to shore.
11. Towels: Quick-dry towels for the beach and onboard.
